Everything was fantastic.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the countryside. the spa services offered are quite welcoming with great massages and spa treatments to offer after a long day of travel. the surrounding area has a lot to offer with great outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and even skiing. the food at the hotel was beyond delicious with some of the best cuisine I've ever had.

It was a new year and I expected some entertainment, some great shows and some unique events would have made the stay even more special. the Wi-Fi was the most frustrating aspect with weak signals and occasional outages.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. The lady at the front desk was exceptional, and the sommelier, Mark, was simply the best. The masseur at the spa was fantastic as well. All the staff members were superb. The hotel itself was stunning, both inside and out. The design and decoration had a stylish and historic feel, as if I had been transported back to the 19th century. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, with wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel grounds were beautiful and provided a tranquil and peaceful setting. Moreover, the location was perfect, close to incredibly beautiful lakes like The Muritz, situated on a hill. The breakfast offered a great selection of food, and the restaurant served inspiring and tasty dishes. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff were truly outstanding.

The charming historical atmosphere of this hotel really added to our romantic getaway. The spacious grounds were perfect for private strolls and the spa services were delightful. We particularly enjoyed the couples' massage and sauna. the restaurant offered a fantastic wine list and delicious meals.

While the location was convenient for us, we did notice there was a bit of traffic noise outside of our room. some of the furnishings in the room seemed a bit outdated.

This hotel was the perfect luxurious escape with exclusive amenities and outstanding service. the spa and wellness centre offered a variety of treatments, including an incredible massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. We loved the beautiful indoor swimming pool and sauna area, and enjoyed the sun terrace and garden area complete with beach umbrellas and sun loungers. the meals were delicious with special diet menus available on request.
